1967
In 1967, the Gennelli Allori company was founded in Bologna. From the outset, it distinguished itself by its great attention to development and the search for optimal solutions to improve customers' production processes.
The technologically advanced company produces tools, equipment, and accessories of the highest quality CNC machines such as press brakes and punching machines. Over time, it has continued its growth, guaranteeing customers hardened and ground punches and dies, louvers, adapters, and other spare parts in both standard and special sizes.

1998
In 1998, a new company, Microtools, was founded in Bologna. Microtools quickly became a leader in the field of tools for tube bending and end forming machine.
The unbeatable quality of its products, achieved through a 3D design process and the custom manufacturing of dies, clamps, pressure dies, wiper dies, mandrels, collects, and tube end forming equipment, makes it an important point of reference for companies in the sector.

From the join of these two companies, AlloriTools is born today
A unique and complete company that guarantees its customers a wide range of products for tube and sheet metal processing. Gennelli Allori brings the experience of 60 years of activity in the metalworking sector, today becoming the Sheet Metal Division of AlloriTools. Microtools, younger but strong in its expertise in tube processing, today becomes the Tube Division of AlloriTools.
